Undergraduate Education

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and a minor in Clinical and Individual Differences from The Ohio State University. Here I developed a strong foundation in consumer behavior, brand strategy, and market research through courses such as Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research, Marketing Strategy, and Marketing Projects. I learned to analyze data-driven insights and translate them into actionable marketing solutions, showcased in my academic work: Gen Z Brand Awareness study, and Mobile App Opportunities project. These experiences strengthened my ability to connect consumer insight with strategic storytelling by evaluating user behavior and designed recommendations for shaping youth brand engagement to optimizing mobile retail experiences. Skills that I utilize in my creative and analytical approach to brand development today.

Graduate Education

This year I completed a Master of Professional Studies in User Experience Research & Design at Columbus College of Art & Design, where I engaged with human-centered, strategic design methodology as it applies beyond digital interfaces to products, services, and experiences. Through courses in Design Research, Interaction Design, Service Design, and Business Verticals, I’ve gained the ability to translate qualitative insights into scalable solutions that balance creativity with business feasibility. My graduate projects include Customer Service Engagement, which explored emotional design and feedback systems to improve user satisfaction and retention, and Afternoon Beverage Rituals, a mixed-methods research study uncovering consumer motivations around non-coffee beverage choices to inform brand innovation and product strategy. These projects strengthened my ability to combine empathy-driven research with strategic design execution, aligning user needs with impactful brand experiences.
